ANGELO ALLIEVI
LEFT HANDED PITCHER CLASS OF ‘22
Angelo Allievi is a 5'10", 159 pound left handed pitcher who plays for Trinity Christian Academy in Lake Worth, Florida. Boasting impressive control of multiple pitches, Angelo was the ace of the Warriors 2021 final four team. He throws a four-seam fastball, a two-seam fastball, a slider, and a curveball. He commands all four pitches and is currently touching 87 mph with his fastball.
Angelo has a smooth delivery with fluid mechanics. He was named the Palm Beach Pitcher of the Year by HSBN in 2021 after an outstanding all-around year. He posted a 4-0 record with a miniscule 2.24 earned run average. He struck out 49 hitters in 43 innings, walking just 27 batters. He gave up just three extra base hits all season and held opposing hitters to a .190 batting average. He also picked up a save for the Warriors.
Angelo can also play a corner outfield position and has the ability to hit for himself. He hit .255 with nine RBI in 47 at bats.
Angelo was named first team all county (Sun Sentinel, Palm Beach Post) in 2021.
Angelo is a bulldog on the mound, working quickly and with great focus. His best outing was a 73 pitch clinic against West Boca High, striking out eight and walking one in a complete game shutout. Angelo is just beginning to realize his potential and could be a commanding lefty with a 90+ mph fastball at the next level.
